📋 Description

• Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas • Make prioritization decisions based on customer insight, product quality, business impact, and technical feasibility • Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis through shipment • Use the product as a real user to identify issues before customers do • Co-own activation, engagement, retention, and expansion metrics • Lead discovery across users, customers, CX, Sales, and internal teams • Translate qualitative feedback, product usage data, and market context into product decisions • Partner cross-functionally to navigate tradeoffs, create alignment, and ship high-impact work • Ensure consistent product look and feel and value for different user groups • Produce clear written thinking for the team • Raise the standard of product thinking across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product, with at least a few years operating at this level of scope and ambiguity • Senior IC product experience at a product-led company • Understanding of product-led growth, including activation, onboarding, retention, and revenue levers • Strong product judgment • Comfort with technical discussions and engineering tradeoffs • Familiarity with developer tools and AI products is a plus • Ownership, urgency, and ability to work with limited structure • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required • Experience building developer tools, AI products, or technical products for technical audiences is a bonus • Ability to roughly prototype ideas is a bonus • No college degree required • No need to be located in the U.S. • Applicants do not need to meet every listed qualification
