📋 Description

• Lead design for new zero-to-one product experiences in untapped territory • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize user problems • Partner with product on problem definition and lead divergent and convergent design thinking • Create tangible designs in Figma or with AI tools • Own design QA and quality control from project start to finish • Set the vision and influence future Bolt.new product directions • Use designs to define how teams use AI to build products • Raise design quality across typography, spacing, motion, and visual consistency • Build and improve design systems for higher-quality product launches

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft • Track record of shipping pixel-perfect work at scale in a fast-paced environment • Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments while maintaining a high craft bar under deadline pressure • Fluency in design systems and discipline to build for consistency across a growing platform • Experience partnering closely with engineering to protect visual fidelity through implementation • Already using AI to tackle personal and professional challenges • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required; English is the primary working language • Startup or small-team experience is a bonus • Experience shaping AI tools is a bonus • A college degree is not required • Applicants do not need to meet every listed qualification
