📋 Description

• Set the vision for how Kin's products attach to each other and turn single-product customers into multi-product homeowners • Frame and lead high-stakes, ambiguous growth problems spanning multiple products • Design seamless attachment and cross-sell journeys between products • Shape how new products are introduced and sold alongside existing customer products • Own the design vision for the sales agent UI from problem framing through shipped experience • Set the craft standard for growth design • Bring design perspective into strategy, roadmap, and prioritization decisions • Strengthen growth testing and learning practices • Use AI tools for exploration, prototyping, and craft work • Set design strategy for the sales agent UI and deliver measurable improvements in agent speed • Lead growth changes that measurably improve attachment or produce decisive roadmap learning • Establish repeatable processes for testing and shipping design work

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning ambiguous, cross-cutting problems end to end and setting direction where none existed • Business fluency: tie design decisions to leadership outcomes and make quality-versus-speed trade-offs explicit • Ability to influence partners without direct authority • Strong instincts for data and measurement; define instrumentation and read funnels • Experience designing tools for internal or expert users is a bonus • Insurance, fintech, or another regulated-domain background is a bonus • Must be able to live and work full-time in one of Kin's listed U.S. states, or Ontario for remote technical positions in Canada • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship information is requested
