📋 Description

• Host virtual customer events for Bonterra's nonprofit customers • Facilitate scripted live webinars using standard agendas and lesson plans • Produce educational videos using templates, scripts, and AI production tools including Synthesia • Apply QA checklists before content is customer-facing • Keep LMS content accurate and current • Answer customer questions during live sessions and escalate complex or off-script questions • Communicate proactively when deliverable timelines are at risk • Collaborate with teammates and ask clarifying questions to address customer needs • Apply async-first learning principles to structure self-paced content

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to assess training needs through stakeholder consultation • Ability to conduct basic needs assessments independently • Proficiency developing training content from designs, templates, and scripts • Working understanding of async-first learning principles • Ability to facilitate live virtual training from detailed guides • Ability to structure standard content for self-paced consumption, including knowledge checks • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfort presenting to large virtual audiences • Strong attention to detail and time management • Proficiency using AI production tools such as Synthesia and Claude • Commitment to quality assurance for AI-generated content • Ability to independently learn new tools • Clear and proactive communication • Ability to complete deliverables on time and surface risks • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup • Ability to present and facilitate remotely for extended periods • Comfort with Zoom or equivalent video conferencing platforms and virtual classroom management • Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization
