📋 Description

• Conduct training needs assessments and write course objectives from the results • Interview SMEs and business stakeholders to gather content for blended learning • Design and write instructor-led training materials and eLearning storyboards • Build interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline • Create knowledge checks, tests, and course evaluations • Run content review, revision, and sign-off cycles with stakeholders • Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare internal trainers • Report status, flag issues early, and bring solutions • Design, build, and obtain sign-off for role-based SAP training curriculum • Prepare internal trainers to deliver content through Train-the-Trainer sessions • Establish assessments to measure learner readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on development experience in Articulate Storyline • 3+ years working with major ERP systems • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP modules • Experience training others on instructional design methods or SAP applications, including Train-the-Trainer • Working knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • S/4HANA project experience (nice-to-have) • Professional services or Big 4 consulting background (nice-to-have) • Classroom training delivery experience (nice-to-have) • Storyboarding and WBT/CBT eLearning development (nice-to-have) • Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA • Experience with LMS / SCORM publishing
