📋 Description

• Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business ready standard • Work with colleagues to build the Transformational Change capability • Contribute to one or more change workstreams for IT Program and Project Managers • Collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the client's business • Lead IT-driven business change cross-functionally • Create an environment where people feel motivated, engaged, and committed to high performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Change Management experience • Knowledge of delivering technology led change and technology adoption • Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery • Understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery • Knowledge and skill in change management methods and their application • Emphasis on driving measurable business results across Change Strategy and Planning, Change Measurement, Risk and Quality Management, and Business Acumen • Successful completion of a background investigation • Ability to meet applicable U.S. government security clearance requirements where required
