📋 Description

• Manage and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online • Maintain accurate separation of financials across multiple entities • Coordinate directly with organizational leadership to clarify monthly transactions • Prepare basic internal financial reports and support external CPA requests • Organize and document financial files and back-office processes • Assist with compliance-related tasks and communication with regulatory bodies • Support budgeting, grant, and property-related documentation as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support (non-profit experience is a plus) • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Experience using Google Workspace tools • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments • Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) with some U.S. time zone overlap
