📋 Description

• Own all sales activity within the assigned territory • Drive new business acquisition and existing account growth • Develop and expand relationships with end users, systems integrators, distributors, architects, engineers, and consultants • Identify, qualify, and drive complex video security opportunities involving multiple stakeholders • Generate recurring revenue and larger project-based sales • Execute vertical targets assigned by Vertical Sales Managers • Provide regular project progression updates • Manage opportunities using approved sales tools, including Blue Sheets • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Vertical Sales Managers • Travel within the territory to support customer meetings, partner engagement, and key opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory: Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, or Utah • High School diploma is required • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical discipline is preferred • 5 years of industry experience required, preferably with a manufacturer • Knowledge of video surveillance and integrated security solutions • Understanding of IP networking, cloud-based security platforms, and system architecture • Ability to assess customer security requirements and recommend technical solutions • Strong communication skills • Solid industry and product-specific knowledge • Ability to generate and close business • Up to 70% travel required • Must be an indefinitely U.S.-work-authorized individual; future sponsorship is unavailable
