📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries • Receive information quickly and accurately, including detailed breakdown information • Locate breakdowns using maps and understand highway and interstate systems across the United States • Operate a switchboard and telephone in a call-center environment • Create cases in ticket-writing software for tracking • Dispatch technicians to breakdown sites with appropriate details, equipment, and inventory • Dispatch electronically and by phone • Communicate accurately with Call Center personnel and location personnel • Prepare finalized work orders for payment and follow customer payment-collection processes • Report for scheduled work on time • Assist with other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• One to three years of call center experience, or one to three years in customer service, or one to two years in an automotive or diesel repair facility • Experience working in a remote setting • Available to work weekends and holidays as needed • Efficient computer use and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, customer service software, and proprietary business communication platforms • Typing speed of 30+ WPM • General mechanical knowledge or ability to learn general and preventative maintenance within the diesel industry • Ability to multitask, follow up thoroughly, and diffuse customer situations • Good listening skills and ability to take information at a fast pace • Must be able to communicate in English • Friendly, courteous, prompt customer service • Ability to work cooperatively with other team members • Home internet access with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download • Dedicated home workspace for work equipment, including up to three monitors • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 30 lbs. and meet the listed physical requirements
