📋 Description

• Define and own the product roadmap across inference, RL/post-training, and GPU compute • Set priorities, make trade-off decisions, and focus the team on high-leverage work • Talk directly to customers, understand and prioritize their needs, and translate them into working-backwards documents, PRDs, and requirements • Lead engineers day-to-day and partner with the VP of Engineering and fellow PMs to ship products • Balance speed and rigor while unblocking the engineering team • Partner with technical business development to assess market and customer needs • Incorporate market and customer signals into the roadmap • Understand relevant market products and determine Boundless's positioning • Make fast product decisions in ambiguous situations and determine when to gather more signal versus commit

🎯 Requirements

• Product leadership experience at both an AI startup and a larger / non-startup company • Deep knowledge of the AI infrastructure, compute, and inference product landscape • Track record of owning roadmaps and shipping technical products end-to-end • Strong customer-facing skills: discovery, prioritization, and working backwards • Ability to lead engineers and collaborate effectively with a VP of Engineering and PM peers • Strong product intuition, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a strong bias for action • Technical fluency in inference, RL, or GPU compute sufficient to earn engineers' trust • 2–6 years of relevant product management experience • Proven experience building and launching products from 0-1 • Background in ML/AI infrastructure, GPU compute, or distributed systems • Experience with working-backwards / PR-FAQ product processes • Prior IC engineering background • Experience taking a technical platform or API product to market • Experience with distributed systems or infrastructure platform products • Links to products or platforms shipped and, where possible, examples of owned roadmaps
