📋 Description

• Define and drive the analytics platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and capabilities aligned with business objectives • Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise data and analytics platforms • Drive data integration across digital, customer, marketing, and enterprise systems • Establish standards for data architecture, governance, security, quality, performance, and scalability • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and business teams to define analytics requirements and solutions • Lead implementation and optimization of digital analytics, customer analytics, reporting, and visualization capabilities • Evaluate and recommend analytics technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches • Drive adoption of cloud-based analytics and modern data architecture practices • Manage platform performance, reliability, technical risks, dependencies, and continuous improvements • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, analysts, and platform teams • Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to communicate platform strategy, recommendations, and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Analytics Platform Engineering, with experience in a leadership role • Strong expertise in enterprise analytics platform architecture and strategy • Experience with modern cloud data and analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures • Experience with digital/customer analytics platforms and enterprise reporting solutions • Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, quality, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of analytics visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Experience leading large-scale analytics or digital transformation initiatives • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams • Promote and enforce awareness of information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols • Identify, assess, and report security risks affecting information assets • Evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy standards • Integrate data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle
