📋 Description

• Lead the Field Merchandising team on-site while working alongside team members • Review project scopes, store layouts, planograms, timelines, and priorities • Establish daily work plans and assign responsibilities • Coordinate work sequencing to improve productivity and minimize disruption • Monitor progress, adjust assignments, and keep projects on schedule • Participate in store resets, reflows, fixture work, merchandising, cooler resets, product movement, and physical activities • Coach team members on execution techniques, merchandising standards, planogram accuracy, and safe work practices • Lead compliance with BP and TA safety policies and protocols • Conduct safety discussions and ensure PPE, tools, lifting, ladder, cooler, equipment, and fixture-installation procedures are followed • Maintain safe, clean, organized, and customer-ready work areas • Review project packages and identify execution issues and barriers • Verify fixtures, supplies, merchandising materials, signage, and other project components are available • Lead fixture tear-down, movement, assembly, rebuilding, leveling, and positioning • Ensure accurate implementation of layouts, floor plans, planograms, cooler layouts, product placement, facings, spacing, and signage • Lead cooler resets, reflows, refreshes, product staging, and temperature-controlled merchandise handling • Organize backrooms, storage areas, coolers, deli areas, and sales desk areas • Direct merchandise removal, staging, stocking, facing, pricing, and presentation • Serve as the primary contact for store management during projects • Conduct final walkthroughs and verify project completion, quality, documentation, and photographs • Coordinate team travel, arrival times, transportation, and field logistics

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail merchandising, store operations, field merchandising, reset, fixture installation, warehouse, or related experience required • Previous experience leading teams, projects, store resets, or field execution activities strongly preferred • Experience with planograms, store layouts, floor plans, and fixture plans • Experience with cooler resets, inventory organization, or convenience/travel center merchandising preferred • Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and keep a team focused on deadlines • Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution standards • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving field environment • Ability to recognize when an issue can be resolved in the field and when it should be escalated • Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work alongside the team • Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable company travel requirements • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds independently, with heavier items requiring assistance or equipment • Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb, work at varying heights, and use ladders and approved material-handling equipment safely • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Ability to work in refrigerated cooler environments • Ability to travel by automobile and commercial airline • Ability to work at TA locations across the United States • Scheduling flexibility for early mornings, evenings, overnight work, and occasional weekends
