📋 Description

• Oversee multiple franchise-owned travel centers within a designated geographic area • Support, encourage and assist franchise locations • Provide leadership and hold franchise partners accountable to agreements • Communicate TA System standards and a clear vision to site leadership • Drive objectives related to safety, franchise growth, site success, service quality and location appearance • Support sites in delivering a strong customer experience and following the TA System • Perform random compliance verification through site inspections, feedback and corrective-action follow-up • Monitor key performance indicators and communicate improvement opportunities to site management and principals • Assist with construction or remodeling of new franchise locations to ensure compliance with approved plans and TA Petro standards • Assist in opening ceremonies and recognize excellent service standards and activities • Coordinate with the TA Petro Franchise Team to support, grow, develop and improve franchise locations • Travel up to 75%

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role preferred with proven positive results • Proficient planning and analytical skills, including P&L, coverage ratio, budget and expense report calculations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Understanding of POS software • Knowledge of industry best practices, technical procedures, systems, software and government regulations • Ability to travel, including overnight travel on occasion • Valid driver's license • Ability to perform physical tasks and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to work around outdoor elements, fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, dirt, dust, grease, oil, gas and concentrated cleaning solutions
