📋 Description

• Support an engineering systems organization responsible for development workflows, builds, testing, and engineering systems • Coordinate day-to-day execution across engineering, product, and QA partners • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and team velocity and capacity tracking • Maintain visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments • Create and maintain sprint and milestone dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists • Monitor backlog health and remove stale or outdated work with leads and product managers • Track work-item assignments and feature delivery schedules • Create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs with engineering leads and product managers • Maintain work-management documentation, pipeline information, action logs, reminders, workflows, and execution-tracking mechanisms • Prepare and run meetings, agendas, pre-reads, status questions, and follow-through • Represent features and workstreams in release forums and coordinate partner commitments and cross-team dependencies • Support release readiness, review release queries, consolidate changelog feedback, and track critical-path work • Partner with QA on validation plans, test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies • Track readiness signals, unresolved bugs, validation dependencies, and release risks • Escalate decisions and issues when cross-team resolution is required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or production • Hands-on experience with work-management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence • Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, team velocity, capacity, and milestone delivery • Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or deliverables across multiple stakeholders • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical groups • Ability to bridge communication between creative professionals, programmers, product stakeholders, and executive-level stakeholders • Ability to operate effectively in a changing and evolving environment • Ability to adapt priorities and execution plans quickly while maintaining a positive and productive approach • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience • Preferred: Producer or Technical Program Manager experience within a gaming studio • Preferred: 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects • Preferred: Experience coordinating complex technical initiatives involving engineering, QA, product, and other partner teams • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to motivate cross-functional teams and help resolve conflicts under tight deadlines • Preferred: Strong experience with Agile execution, sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and release coordination • Preferred: Experience working in an environment where delivery predictability, milestone attainment, and dependency management are important
