📋 Description

• Support an engineering systems organization responsible for development workflows, builds, testing, and engineering systems • Coordinate day-to-day execution across engineering, product, and QA partners • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness • Track team velocity, capacity, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments • Create and maintain sprint and milestone dashboards, calendars, trackers, transition checklists, action logs, workflows, and work-management documentation • Create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs with engineering leads and product managers • Prepare and run synchronous or asynchronous meetings, including agendas and pre-reads • Represent features and workstreams in release forums and bridge communication across technical teams, creative partners, product stakeholders, and leadership • Partner with QA on validation plans, test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies • Track changelog feedback, unresolved bugs, readiness signals, and release risks; escalate issues requiring cross-team resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or production • Hands-on experience with work-management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence • Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, team velocity, capacity, and milestone delivery • Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or deliverables across multiple stakeholders • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical groups • Ability to bridge communication between creative professionals, programmers, product stakeholders, and executive-level stakeholders • Ability to operate effectively in a changing and evolving environment • Ability to adapt priorities and execution plans quickly while maintaining a positive and productive approach • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience • Preferred: Producer or Technical Program Manager experience within a gaming studio • Preferred: 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects • Preferred: Experience coordinating complex technical initiatives involving engineering, QA, product, and other partner teams • Preferred: Strong experience with Agile execution, sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and release coordination
