📋 Description

• Assist with project setup, including timelines, task assignments, and documentation • Track deliverables • Update project status reports • Support quality assurance and review processes before deliverables are sent to clients • Learn project management methodologies and best practices • Help coordinate internal meetings • Manage workflow tools • Support project execution in a fast-paced agency environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of agency project management experience, including internships • Experience ideally in a creative/advertising environment • Strong multitasking skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Eagerness to learn and grow within project management • Keen eye for efficiency • Ability to design workflows balancing structure with flexibility • Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and precisely with clients, internal teams, and team leadership • Ability to stay calm under pressure • Problem-solving ability, including resolving issues and untangling complexity
