📋 Description

• Build integrations between the platform and client systems, including ERPs, WMS, TMS, and data warehouses • Write code to connect, extract, and transform data across environments • Deploy alongside clients in their environments and understand operational workflows and data issues • Design, implement, and iterate AI workflows using agentic flows, prompt engineering, context design, and output evaluation • Own reliability, performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of live deployments • Identify failure modes and resolve issues proactively • Translate field learnings into structured product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks • Collaborate directly with clients and the Implementation team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on engineering experience • Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and SQL • Portfolio of real integrations or systems shipped • Ability to work in ambiguous client environments and determine what needs to be built • End-to-end understanding of data flows across systems and data reliability for AI use • Working understanding of AI and LLMs, including prompt design and output evaluation • Ability to communicate technical integrations to VP-level Operations stakeholders and write technical documentation for engineers • Fluency in Spanish and English • Based in LATAM or the United States • Availability to work across time zones • Availability to travel to client sites when needed • Nice to have: background in supply chain, logistics, or operations • Nice to have: experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, ERPs, and WMS platforms • Nice to have: previous forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience
