• Coordinate orthopedic bracing product logistics and replenishment at assigned accounts • Maintain inventory levels and manage inventory transfers and reconciliation • Remove and process expired, damaged, or unsellable products • Provide inventory management support, including ordering and returning products • Communicate order updates and estimated delivery information to customers • Support order fulfillment and ensure account documentation is complete and accurate • Maintain product displays, storage areas, and inventory spaces to Breg standards • Provide onsite support for product recalls, audits, and field communication initiatives • Complete accurate and timely inventory counts • Prepare, compile, and submit insurance billing documentation • Review pending claims, retrieve missing information, and escalate documentation deficiencies • Use PowerBI, Breg Vision, and Breg Claims System to support operations and billing outcomes • Follow Breg policies, SOPs, HIPAA, FDA requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations • Collaborate with Solution Team, Sales, and Field Operations to resolve account issues • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management and account reports • Analyze data trends and identify process or performance improvements • Maintain professionalism, privacy, and accuracy in all interactions • Promote Breg’s culture through storytelling, focused feedback, and recognition
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field equivalent preferred • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, inventory, supply chain, or related service-oriented role required • Computer proficiency including web browser/internet search, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams • Ability to learn new software and systems • Passion for innovation and commitment to Breg’s mission • Variable start/end times may be required outside 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. standard business hours • On-call hours may include nights and weekends • Domestic travel up to 80%; minimal out-of-state travel of 5% • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Breg will not sponsor applicants for work visas
