• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Field Service Representatives and Patient Service Representatives • Conduct field ride-alongs and site visits to observe workflows, technical proficiency, and performance • Manage daily scheduling and staffing coverage for customer sites and service routes • Monitor productivity, quality, compliance, reports, audits, and field evaluations; implement corrective actions • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance management • Create onboarding plans and evaluate training programs • Conduct one-on-ones, team meetings, and territory performance calls • Perform administrative tasks related to timekeeping, pay, performance, and policy administration • Ensure competency in brace fitting, product education, and patient communication • Enforce service policies, clinical protocols, manufacturer guidelines, HIPAA, FDA requirements, and Breg SOPs • Educate team members, healthcare providers, and customers on products, workflows, service expectations, and inventory practices • Provide hands-on service coverage, including measuring, fitting, troubleshooting, and supporting standard and custom orthopedic bracing solutions • Train staff and customers on Breg Vision and Breg Claims System (BCS) • Onboard and offboard SNB accounts • Manage inventory and claims processes, including documentation, claim scrubbing, par levels, cycle counts, replenishment, returns, and shrink reduction • Collaborate with Area Manager, Field Services, Sales Teams, Billing, Solutions Teams, and other stakeholders on process improvements • Analyze KPI and performance data, prepare operational reports, identify gaps, and implement action plans • Build relationships with Sales Teams, physicians, clinical staff, office management, and customer accounts • Resolve escalated service concerns and workflow gaps • Conduct onsite visits to key accounts • Promote Breg’s culture, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
• Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field required; experience may be considered in lieu of education • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in orthotics, athletic training, sports medicine, durable medical equipment (DME), or patient care • Minimum 1 year of experience leading and/or managing teams in a field-based, clinical, operational, or healthcare environment, including remote and in-office staff across multiple locations and time zones • Minimum 2 years of experience with standard workflows and procedures in orthopedic clinics or physician offices • Holds and maintains applicable certification or licensure such as ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), BOC, Athletic Training licensure, or Orthopaedic Technologist Certification • Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) • Proficient in orthopedic bracing and supply products and applicable utilization procedures • Computer proficiency with web browsers/internet search, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Ability to learn new software and systems • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including regional travel by personal vehicle and domestic air travel • Ability to undertake out-of-town travel and overnight stays up to 5 days at a time • Ability to provide regional coverage for absences and staffing vacancies, including short-notice out-of-state travel • Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and current automobile insurance • May need to satisfy screening, identity verification, and third-party credentialing requirements • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Breg will not sponsor applicants for work visas
