• Provide leadership and direction for clinical, quality, risk-adjustment, value-based contracts, and provider outreach functions • Supervise QPA field staff and administrative personnel • Increase member quality of care, reduce costs, and identify risk-adjustment opportunities • Oversee programs supporting clinical quality, risk-adjustment, and financial-management initiatives • Provide data analysis on program progress and outcomes • Provide supervision, coaching, training, and development of field staff • Oversee and manage quality and risk-adjustment initiatives and programs • Provide and analyze reports to identify trends, opportunities, and plans regarding initiative progress and outcomes • Collaborate with other managers on team strategy and direction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on joint initiatives • Comply with all policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must live in the Indianapolis, IN area • Reliable transportation • Valid driver's license and insurance • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time • Bachelor's degree in health care, Nursing, Public Health Administration or Business, or equivalent work experience is required • Health science-related background, preferably nursing • 3 years of experience • 2+ years of experience functioning as a lead • 5 years of experience working in a managed care environment • Required certification or license: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) (ACNP-BC), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or other foreign-trained physician/MD • Project management experience is preferred • Preferred certifications: Health Care Quality and Management (HCQM), Certified Healthcare Professional (CHP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
