📋 Description

• Lead development of enterprise-wide population health strategies optimizing the clinical, economic, and societal impact of BridgeBio therapies • Integrate advanced analytics, real-world data, healthcare delivery insights, and strategic planning across the product lifecycle • Translate diverse evidence sources into strategies improving patient identification, treatment access, health system integration, and population outcomes • Identify opportunities to improve care pathways and reduce diagnostic delays • Quantify healthcare system impact of BridgeBio therapies and enable data-driven decision making for rare disease populations • Identify data platforms and advanced analytics informing population health strategy and commercial decision making • Use claims, EHR, registry, genomic, and social determinants of health data for disease awareness, patient finding, and outcomes tracking • Partner with IDNs, Centers of Excellence, and health systems to assess care delivery challenges and integrate BridgeBio therapies into care models • Enable early identification and outcomes tracking at individual health system and payer levels to demonstrate value • Collaborate with HEOR, Market Access, Medical, Commercial, Clinical Development, and Corporate Strategy teams and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, DrPH, MBA, or equivalent) • 10+ years in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare analytics, health systems, consulting, or population health • Experience translating complex healthcare data into business strategy and actionable insights • Strong understanding of rare disease ecosystems • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery • Strong understanding of population analytics • Strong understanding of patient journey analytics • Strong understanding of health policy • Strong understanding of commercial strategy • Proven track record of strong collaboration and demonstrated leadership in matrix organizations • Preferred experience in Population Health Management and Value-Based Care, Healthcare Strategy, Integrated Delivery Networks, Health Systems Analytics, Digital Health, or HEOR
