β€’ Develop and implement effective sales plans to target financial institutions. β€’ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities. β€’ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and success. β€’ Remain current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. β€’ Represent Brightwell at industry events and conferences. β€’ Deliver agreed-upon new clients and contract renewals each year. β€’ Exhibit patience with long sales cycles and continue to nurture the clients throughout this process.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. β€’ MBA is preferred but not required. β€’ 5+ years of business development experience in payments, preferably within a bank. β€’ 5+ years of cross border payments experience – either in remittances or funds transfer. β€’ Experience working successfully using a sales methodology (Challenger, NEAT, Sandler, etc.) and the ability to speak to your results. β€’ Demonstrated ability to sell structured deals and manage complex negotiations. β€’ Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights. β€’ Proven pipeline management and closing skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. β€’ Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data for insights as you are at reading clients for feedback. β€’ Established comfort level in working with all levels of management, including C-suite. β€’ Travel up to 30%.
