📋 Description

• Support both the core acquisition business and the Education business • Own models for headcount planning, rep productivity, rep compensation, and acquisition forecasting • Own models for Education order volume, physical product cost and inventory, margin per unit, and ARR • Maintain clean, current, and well-structured models • Collaborate with Analytics to build foundational datasets, definitions, and context layers • Build automated workflows using AI coding tools for model refreshes, data pulls, and recurring analysis • Pull and validate data via SQL and Redshift • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for both business areas • Proactively identify data quality issues, methodology gaps, and reporting inconsistencies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking or similar field • Ability to read, dissect, and diagnose SQL queries • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar as a default problem-solving method • Strong Excel or Sheets-based financial modeling skills • Experience owning a recurring financial or operational report end-to-end • Experience maintaining clean and current models or datasets with reusable definitions and structure • Experience operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment • Effective communication style and ability to work cross-functionally outside finance teams • Proactive communication with teammates • Must be authorized to work in the United States
