📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for assigned client portfolios • Develop and manage annual operating budgets and periodic forecasts for multiple properties • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast, identifying trends and actionable insights • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation • Collaborate with property management teams, leasing professionals, and clients to resolve financial inquiries and provide strategic financial guidance • Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting templates • Participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating financial performance and strategic recommendations • Support client relationship management and business development efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry • Strong proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas • Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) or progress toward certification • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to diverse audiences • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting with emphasis on real estate or corporate finance • Preferred: Experience in commercial real estate services, property management, or real estate investment management • Preferred: Familiarity with CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, capital expenditure planning, and property valuation methodologies • Preferred: Experience with Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar enterprise planning software • Preferred: Knowledge of NOI, cap rates, IRR, and portfolio-level financial analysis • Preferred: Process improvement and system implementation experience • Preferred: Project management and mentoring experience
