📋 Description

• Monitor day to day financial operations, including invoicing, payroll related inputs, and transaction flows • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports explaining financial results and variances • Perform financial analysis, research, and modeling to support senior leadership decision making • Support project and investment analysis, including validation of financial plans and assumptions • Maintain and improve financial reporting and accounting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements • Translate financial data into clear insights for business and finance stakeholders • Support forecasting, planning, prioritization, and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting within a corporate or professional services environment • Ability to analyze financial data and translate results into clear recommendations for business partners • Experience preparing management reports, forecasts, or operating plans • Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools used for modeling and reporting • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, investments, or project based financial analysis • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and data driven reporting environments • Experience working with cross functional teams to explain financial impacts and trade offs
