📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end migration program from Avaya to Amazon Connect across multiple business units and geographic markets • Define and manage program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies aligned with contractual commitments • Oversee IVR, routing, integrations, CRM, analytics, reporting, QA, and migration-tooling workstreams • Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery for on-time and within-budget execution • Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders, business owners, technology leadership, cross-functional teams, and vendors • Translate technical solutions into business outcomes such as member experience, call containment, and authentication improvements • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, executive reviews, and status reporting • Lead contact-center migration strategy and execution from Avaya to Amazon Connect • Ensure readiness for IVR flows, CTI integrations, workforce management, QA, and analytics tools • Oversee cutover strategy, parallel runs, and go-live planning • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, data-security, and regulatory requirements • Establish program governance, KPIs, and reporting cadence • Manage program budget, forecasting, and resource planning • Ensure alignment with SOWs, SLAs, and contractual deliverables • Drive value realization and ROI tracking • Deliver improved member experience and CSAT, increased self-service and IVR containment, reduced AHT, improved authentication success, and enhanced agent productivity

🎯 Requirements

• CSPO • 10+ years of program/project management experience • At least 5+ years leading contact center transformation initiatives • Experience managing large-scale Avaya or legacy-platform migrations to Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS platforms • Strong knowledge of the Amazon Connect ecosystem, including Lambda, Lex, Connect flows, and APIs • Strong knowledge of contact center operations, including IVR, routing, agent desktop, and analytics • Experience with healthcare payers or the insurance domain; Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred • Experience managing distributed teams and complex vendor ecosystems • Expertise in risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting • Experience with multi-state or large-enterprise contact center deployments preferred • Familiarity with automation tools
