📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Global Professional Services Channel Program • Design, deploy, and govern professional services programs enabling channel partners to deliver and activate complex enterprise solutions • Lead and evolve the Expert Advantage Program for specialized consulting services partners • Design customized partner benefits and tailored value propositions • Execute global professional services channel programs driving partner-led delivery, service activation, and customer consumption • Govern program profitability, service quality, and strategic alignment • Translate technical roadmaps into partner enablement and delivery frameworks • Drive partner adoption and delivery readiness for VMware Cloud Foundation, software-defined storage, Kubernetes, and cloud security • Optimize the entitlement process using existing tools • Author program messaging and enablement assets including playbooks, value proposition decks, program guides, and whitepapers • Build and evolve partner certification blueprints, technical validation pathways, and competency requirements • Manage customer entitlement frameworks covering licensing, deployment rights, and service credits • Establish, monitor, and report KPIs and operational metrics for program health, partner performance, and ROI • Present data-driven strategies to executive teams and partner leaders • Extract, analyze, and synthesize data from third-party tools into operational execution plans • Lead global Services Advisory Boards and use partner feedback to influence corporate strategy • Execute global services engagement events • Align pre-sales engineering, field delivery, marketing, and partner ecosystems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field AND/OR a Master’s degree (MBA or Master of Science in a relevant discipline) • Minimum of 15 years of progressive industry experience within the enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or technology sector • Definitive focus on Channel Program Management and Professional Services • Advanced data literacy and proven ability to work with third-party applications/tools and extract raw metrics • Strong proficiency in building executive-level reports, dashboards, and consumption metrics • Strong working knowledge of VMware technologies, specifically VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platform architecture • Knowledge of vSAN/Storage, Tanzu/Kubernetes, and NSX/Security • Direct experience structuring partner certification requirements • Experience managing global routes to market and operationalizing customer entitlement models • Proven track record managing programs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ • Experience with AI models and output preferred
