• Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers • Identify strategic sourcing opportunities to fulfill customer requirements • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and complete customer-facing quotes • Develop sourcing strategies for key accounts using in-house manufacturing capabilities and supplier network • Develop and execute strategic plans to secure new Airline/MRO business • Prospect and qualify new customers through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and market research • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability objectives • Identify cross-selling and existing-account expansion opportunities • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations • Develop long-term account growth strategies • Manage assigned customer accounts as the primary business contact • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements • Resolve customer issues and coordinate internal resources • Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity • Identify emerging markets and new product applications • Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in CRM • Achieve sales, profitability, and customer retention goals • Travel as required based on business needs • Perform other duties as assigned
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or technical products • CRM experience, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics • Experience with aerospace or industrial manufacturing • Familiarity with OEM, MRO, or distribution sales environments • Strategic account planning and relationship management • Professionalism, high energy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Willingness and ability to travel as required
