📋 Description

• Accurately process invoices in an efficient manner • Administer the company’s expense management program according to company policy • Manage payment processing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payments • Follow established Procure-to-Pay guidelines and internal controls • Support cash flow management by maintaining up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing payments • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Procure-to-Pay function • Contribute to team leadership by taking on supportive roles within the team • Provide operational support to other team members and operations as needed • Adapt to and execute additional assignments based on evolving needs • Provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to less experienced team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a finance role • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field is required • Strong capability to efficiently and accurately process financial transactions • Proficient in adhering to Procure-to-Pay guidelines, ensuring compliance and transaction integrity • Capable of providing exceptional support and service to internal customers • Ability to take key roles in process improvement initiatives and support team efforts • Subject to a pre-employment background check • Subject to a pre-employment drug test
