📋 Description

• Support planning and delivery of complex projects and programs • Lead assignments and daily operations contributing to program execution • Ensure program goals and benefits are achieved • Drive continuous program improvements • Support program management and delivery, program administration, performance monitoring and control, program controls, and benefits management • Support program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management • Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs • Provide optimal program management solutions to clients • Manage activities across planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout phases • Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and intended outcomes • Support performance and benefits realization plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments • Implement sales techniques for successful negotiation and transaction • Adapt to additional assignments based on evolving needs • Provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in project management, program management, or a related field • Experience delivering moderately complex to complex projects under supervision • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Program management certification, or required to obtain within 12 months • Ability to lead larger, challenging project assignments on time and budget • Experience with program delivery lifecycle management • Understanding of program controls, commercial acumen, performance monitoring and reporting, program planning and initiation, change management, risk management, and quality management • Hands-on experience coordinating software development teams through sprint/work planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Experience facilitating discovery, requirements clarification, and work decomposition sessions • Experience maintaining product backlogs, Kanban boards, acceptance criteria, release plans, decision logs, dependency trackers, and stakeholder communications • Experience with GitHub Projects, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches • Experience coordinating software releases across development, testing, deployment, change management, release communications, and post-release support • Experience partnering with software, data, cloud/platform engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams • Working understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing workflows, and application support • Experience supporting software, analytics, scientific computing, industrial controls, SCADA/OT, utility, or engineering-focused technical solutions • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments • Working understanding of AI tools for requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, meeting synthesis, documentation, backlog refinement, and solution discovery • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable operating as a tactical delivery lead or technical program manager • Subject to pre-employment background check and drug test
