📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with applicants seeking to qualify and obtain financial aid • Examine applicant documents for SFA eligibility requirements • Maintain accurate student files in accordance with SFA regulations, including verification and disbursement • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students receiving financial aid • Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Financial Aid • Educate Bryan University applicants about available financial aid offerings • Provide information to assist applicants in their decision-making process • Navigate applicants through the financial aid process to facilitate their educational goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred • 3+ years of previous experience in financial aid at a college or university required • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment • Excellent customer service skills including phone and email etiquette • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a virtual environment using multiple software programs simultaneously including MS Office programs, Canvas, Cvue, Gmail, Zoom, etc. • Attend required annual trainings as requested on campus
