📋 Description

• Provide high-quality financial business partnering, analytics, and grant support to assigned WWF International Secretariat clients • Act as the primary finance contact and focal point for assigned Conservation Division clients and grant portfolios • Develop understanding of assigned clients’ business areas, strategies, and priorities • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations for planning, prioritization, and decision-making • Advise budget holders on budget management, forecasting, and financial performance • Support business cases and change initiatives through financial analysis • Build financial literacy among non-finance stakeholders • Support annual business planning and periodic forecasting • Analyze variances and performance drivers • Identify sustainable cost optimization and efficient resource allocation opportunities • Prepare and review financial reports for management and donors • Support fundraising income reviews and project funding models • Provide financial, accounting, and grant support across the full grant life cycle • Support donor compliance, audits, financial controls, and risk mitigation • Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, efficiency initiatives, and financial reporting • Promote cost-effective practices, asset safeguarding, and long-term sustainability • Collaborate with WWF International leadership, regional teams, finance teams, consultants, finance professionals, and auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a first degree or equivalent qualification • 5 years of experience • Experience analyzing large amounts of data and producing clear insight summaries • Financial analysis skills, ideally from an FP&A background • Experience assisting with business cases and modeling is desirable • Commercial approach to finance balanced with understanding of non-financial objectives • Financial leadership and ability to align financial priorities • Effective decision-making and financial problem-solving skills • Strong collaboration skills across departments and finance units • Adaptability and flexibility in complex circumstances • Ability to influence senior managers to deliver expected financial performance • Networking and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication of complex financial information to non-financial audiences • Ability to work autonomously across a large, complex organization • Alignment with WWF mission and values: Courage, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration
