📋 Description

• Support, analyze, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, EBTax, Projects, Workflow, and related Finance solutions • Partner with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend scalable Oracle solutions • Develop functional specifications, coordinate testing, and work with developers through solution design, implementation, and production deployment • Investigate complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions • Serve as functional owner by driving functional discussions and providing technical leadership when appropriate • Provide senior-level production support while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives • Mentor junior Business Systems Analysts by sharing Oracle functional knowledge and best practices • Support production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and implementation projects • Travel to support implementation project go-lives may be required, generally less than 10% • Typical work allocation: project/process improvements 50%; user support 25%; documentation 15%; Oracle implementation projects 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field • 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Oracle EBS Finance applications • Experience partnering with Finance organizations to implement Oracle Finance solutions and improve business processes • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, and EBTax • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle Finance solutions • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to facilitate functional discussions and drive practical solutions across business and technical teams • Experience with Oracle Workflow, Approvals Management (AME), and Projects • SQL, Oracle implementation experience, and Oracle Finance reporting • Experience supporting global Finance organizations • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws • Must be able to identify ITAR products and understand access restrictions to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents • Must recognize Foreign Person visitors and follow authorization procedures • Must understand export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US • Must manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
