📋 Description

• Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business • Drive efforts to serve new customer segments, launch new insurance products, and develop partnership offerings • Apply business judgment and financial insights to decisions related to unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities • Improve growth speed and efficiency by collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams • Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decisions and support leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives • Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders • Serve as a financial thought partner to leaders across Marketing, Product, and Sales • Interface with external partners through a Corp Dev or BizDev lens

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience • 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategic finance, or consulting with material CDD / Private Equity experience • 6–8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles with a material data / financial focus at a DTC or Fintech company • Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and CLV • Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed levels • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks while hitting deadlines • Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics • SQL knowledge preferred • Prior experience with Corp Dev / Biz Dev preferred
