📋 Description

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain program standards and HRSA qualification requirements • Improve 340B program performance through surveillance, compliance monitoring, and optimization • Scope and escalate operational or compliance issues in collaboration with internal audits and 340B Auditors • Provide guidance to pharmacy buyers and staff on compliant purchasing, inventory management, and savings practices • Support ongoing 340B training, education, and communication for covered entity personnel and leadership • Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships • Create and maintain monthly 340B metrics and financial savings reports • Analyze reports, complete variance reporting, and identify cost savings and system improvements • Serve as split billing software expert; troubleshoot issues and improve functionality • Coordinate 340B software integration with clinical information systems, EMR, virtual accumulator, and contract pharmacy providers • Triage live-site issues involving split billing software, electronic medical records, and charge masters • Collaborate with Epic charge teams and charge master managers on corrective action plans • Coordinate issue resolution with split billing software vendors • Maintain software configurations aligned with revenue cycle practices, Epic build, and organizational policies • Escalate compliance concerns and develop and implement mitigation action plans • Participate in 340B oversight committees and develop or update policies and procedures • Provide compliance coaching and education to pharmacy staff and participants • Conduct internal audits and data analysis to identify risks and prevent compliance breaches • Document audit results, communicate findings, and escalate issues • Monitor 340B regulations and legislation and attend trainings and conferences • Become a subject matter expert in Contract Pharmacy, Policy and Procedure, Data & Reporting, Compliance/Audits, and/or 340B Split Billing Software

🎯 Requirements

• 2 year/Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration/Business, Finance, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy or a related field • 340B University Certificate (Live/On Demand) • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required • Proficiently trained in Microsoft Office Software, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Excel • Advanced knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program and/or healthcare billing regulations and practices • Experience in Epic Electronic Health Record • Auditing hospital charging/patient records • Experience in 340B Split Billing/Third Party Administrator Software and/or manual 340B operations • Excellent communication skills with ability to develop cross-departmental professional relationships • Preferred: 2 years’ experience in business, analytics, or auditing • Preferred: 340B Advanced Operations Certificate • Preferred: 4 year/Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration/Business, Finance, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy or a related field • Preferred: Ability to begin 340B operations in new environment, including program operations design, split billing software or manual tracker setup, staff education, and policy and procedure development • Preferred: Knowledge/training in Microsoft Access • Preferred: Experience drafting policies and procedures • Preferred: Previous drug purchasing and/or wholesaler experience • Preferred: Experience training employees • Preferred: Experience in software implementations
