📋 Description

• Lead execution and lifecycle management of enterprise learning programs, including intake, design, deployment, and evaluation • Own designated learning initiatives, ensuring scope, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement • Partner with clinical, operational, HR, compliance, legal, and functional stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable learning solutions • Support governance processes, intake prioritization, decision-making, and alignment with enterprise standards and capacity • Contribute to curriculum and program design, learning solution development and delivery, facilitation approaches, and learner experience • Apply learning transfer and effectiveness principles to support engagement, application, and sustained behavior change • Partner with learning technology, LMS, reporting, and digital teams on content deployment, learner targeting, system functionality, and user experience • Coordinate enterprise learning cycles, mandatory training, and large-scale program rollouts • Monitor program metrics and learning data to evaluate effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, pilots, and enhancements, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables • Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs • Research and apply emerging learning practices, tools, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, education, human resource management, or closely related field (required) • 5 years’ experience in learning, education, or human resources (required) • Instructional design • Adult Learning Theory • Project management • Research • Analytical thinking • Writing skills • Oral comprehension • Learning technology • Workday Learning • Virtual classrooms • ATD Training and Facilitation certificate or BSMH Virtual Facilitation Skills Certificate within 6 months of hire (preferred) • Ability to work day shift and 40 scheduled weekly hours
