📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop software engineers, focusing on growth, performance and ownership • Build and sustain high-performing teams that consistently deliver impactful software • Champion Agile practices supporting flexibility, continuous delivery and customer value • Drive a culture of quality and innovation • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and other stakeholders to align goals and drive outcomes • Improve and scale engineering processes for long-term sustainability and clarity • Use AI tools to improve team efficiency, including code review and test generation, while applying critical thinking and owning final work quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong technical foundation • 5+ years of experience managing software engineers • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company is preferred • Demonstrated critical judgment in AI-assisted work, including directing AI tools, catching failures, and editing output to a professional standard • Experience with Agile principles and a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
