📋 Description

• Design thoughtful user experiences that simplify broker and brokerage operations • Help bring new products to market and shape the commercial real estate industry • Partner with Product Managers to define product vision and strategy • Conduct self-managed qualitative, quantitative, and ethnographic UX research • Act as the voice of the customer and communicate design decisions to stakeholders • Create diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs • Handoff designs to software developers and validate implementation against the design vision • Co-maintain a high-fidelity interactive prototype with another designer using Figma and AI tooling such as Claude Code • Align on prototype patterns, components, conventions, and shared design language • Build and maintain relevant personas and review them using research • Develop design vision based on personas and intended outcomes • Participate in weekly UX meetings • Mentor a small team of UX and Product Designers • Report to George Mountis, SVP, Product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer • Strong portfolio of design projects including detailed descriptions of the design process • Experience with a SaaS product portfolio and new product introduction • Working knowledge of web technologies and their constraints • Passion for creating complex systems and keeping them well maintained • Comfortable building interactive prototypes with AI-assisted tools, or eager to learn • Comfortable leading and assisting in user research activities, design sprints, and workshops • Expertise in Figma • Knowledge of UX/UI standards, protocols, and methodologies for responsive and mobile app design • Ability to take incomplete requirements and produce consistent, usable wireframes and high-fidelity mockups • Comfortable embracing uncertainty and challenging the team with new ideas • Startup experience is a plus, but not required • Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
