📋 Description

• Provide technical, client and business-line support for the Americas region and global business line • Support technical services, strategy, new product development, global processes, capacity planning and technical governance • Identify opportunities for new products and revenue through service expansion, development and customer inquiries • Monitor, develop and manage technical aspects of regulatory-related services globally for Americas customers • Provide technical opinions, interpretations and recommendations to clients and colleagues • Maintain and improve quality systems and technical service processes • Respond to technical questions through the Tech Inquiry Mailbox • Develop SOPs, methods, work instructions and standard interpretation practices • Develop and conduct technical training for internal and external audiences • Monitor regulations and industry standards and update or develop testing methodologies • Resolve technical issues across regional sites and client engagements • Improve client satisfaction with Lab Managers, Directors and Business Development teams • Provide regulatory interpretations and support sales of knowledge products • Build relationships with industry and multistakeholder organizations, governmental agencies and clients • Develop technical marketing content, support RFPs and integrate new services • Lead implementation of new, repackaged and extended technical services • Ensure accurate, consistent testing methods and adherence to global testing methodology across the Americas • Monitor audits and correlation programs, support complaint investigations and align testing capacity with sales and marketing plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required • Minimum of 5 years of experience with customer services and/or direct customer interface • 2–3 years of relevant experience required in the assigned service line or related discipline • More than 10 years of relevant experience required in the assigned service line or related discipline • 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, product development or business development required • Extensive knowledge of Analytical Chemistry concepts, processes, and equipment • Ability to interpret regulations and standards • Strong math skills and working knowledge of statistical procedures • Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and statistical packages • Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and equipment • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel up to 20% in the USA, with limited international travel
