📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Business Analysis team, providing coaching, mentorship, performance management, and professional development • Partner with senior leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business priorities • Establish and promote best practices, standards, and governance across business analysis activities • Facilitate discovery sessions and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories • Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and organizational change across multiple business functions • Oversee successful delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement of key transformation initiatives • Measure program success and communicate outcomes, risks, and business value to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise-scale transformation environments • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members • Proven experience managing and leading larger teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership • Expertise in Agile methodologies, requirements management, backlog prioritization, and business process improvement • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
