📋 Description

• Build and lead the Business Applications (BizApps) team, managing IT-deployed application administration, integration development, and AI agent enablement • Set priorities for the team, balancing day-to-day requests, escalations, integration/AI build projects, and long-term platform improvements • Serve as a hands-on leader for complex builds, architecture decisions, and high-priority cross-functional requests • Own administration and lifecycle management of applications (e.g., Jira) • Build and maintain governance around permissions, roles, licensing, and access models • Design and implement workflows, automations, custom fields, and reporting structures • Architect, oversee, and/or build custom integrations using AWS services for complex requirements • Manage relationships with third-party development contractors/vendors • Design, build, and deploy AI agents across the AI platform stack

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in IT, business systems administration, or systems engineering, including experience leading a team • Deep hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms at scale (e.g., Jira/Atlassian suite required) • Hands-on experience building and managing integrations on an IPaaS platform (Workato experience strongly preferred) • Demonstrated experience building custom integrations/middleware using AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, EventBridge, etc.) • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents on an enterprise AI platform (Glean, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock) • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data models, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven architecture) • Experience managing external contractors/vendors for custom development work • Strong stakeholder management skills
