📋 Description

• Lead technical project coordinators and support staff responsible for project staging, data quality assurance, operations, and technical project support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and field execution teams to support project objectives • Communicate project updates, manage stakeholder expectations, monitor milestones, and provide status reports • Maintain project documentation and assess execution to identify improvement areas • Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Document standard operating procedures and ensure industry standards are met • Provide customer service and proactive solutions while protecting company information and following policies • Perform advanced project/program data analysis • Develop action plans for program risks and opportunities with organizational leaders • Forecast project/client needs and support complex program execution • Manage internal and external portals for milestone reporting and maintain utilization and billability targets • Create report templates, client presentations, summaries, and graphics • Assist with final report issuance and processing, database setup, and quality assurance • Supervise, train, plan, assign, direct, and appraise development team employees; address complaints and resolve problems • Provide strategic leadership, cross-resourcing, coaching, mentorship, and operational oversight • Analyze operational data and implement efficiency-enhancing technology solutions • Design, implement, and execute organizational and operational initiatives • Maintain transparent communication with management and staff • Demonstrate Bureau Veritas guiding principles and support strategic goals • Maintain a safe and clean work area and comply with procedures, rules, regulations, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field; minimum of four years of related experience • In lieu of degree, six years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures • Ability to present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to interpret extensive instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables • Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people • Time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely • Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job • Ability to successfully work from a remote location • Travel by plane, motor vehicle, or train to client/project sites across the U.S., up to 10% of the time
