• Support territory-based Real Estate Directors with real estate transactions, documentation, schedules, and deal activity • Provide administrative and project management support throughout the transaction lifecycle • Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal departments to support deal execution • Create and maintain data-driven retail real estate site selection packages for executive review • Track landlord construction schedules against Burlington’s critical path and project timelines • Manage assigned projects, identify delays and risks, and escalate issues • Monitor open items and follow up to drive resolution • Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and approvals with cross-functional teams • Assist with site plan development for LOI/ELOI packages and participate in site visits • Maintain real estate tracking databases covering deal metrics, lease terms, expirations, statuses, and portfolio information • Verify updates with landlords and brokers and ensure portfolio data integrity • Provide reporting and insights for real estate decision-making • Lead assigned special projects involving bankruptcies, portfolio initiatives, and time-sensitive real estate matters • Improve transaction workflows, lease documentation, reporting, project tracking, and data management processes • Attend regional ICSC shows and participate in site visits as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred • 2–4 years of experience in real estate, construction, lease administration, or a related field • Retail or corporate real estate experience preferred • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with real estate database management preferred • Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Analytical ability to create and manage real estate tracking tools and reporting dashboards • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
