📋 Description

• Improve process execution and operational efficiency for treasury management products and services across workflow, origination, billing, core banking, digital banking, and related technology • Design, document, configure, test, and deploy enhancements to assigned applications and platforms through the bank’s change management processes • Research upcoming platform and integrated-application changes and releases • Partner with Consumer and Treasury Services leadership, Product Management, Implementations, and internal departments on initiatives and enhancements • Collaborate with core banking, payments, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flows, authentication, entitlements, and customer experience • Optimize processes, deliver efficiencies, and manage platform integrations • Troubleshoot user issues, establish user profiles, and support business adoption of platform capabilities • Attend industry and product webinars and evaluate newly released functionality and workflow impact • Complete internal audits and test key monitoring controls for reputational, financial, and compliance risks • Analyze digital channel performance, including adoption, engagement, funnel metrics, uptime, and incident trends, and drive continuous improvement • Partner with third-party vendors to facilitate API-based core integration with digital banking platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of digital banking platforms and channel management, including online and mobile features, configuration, and release cycles • Knowledge of customer experience principles, journey mapping, and accessibility/usability best practices • Ability to use digital analytics and KPI reporting for data-informed decisions • Knowledge of product management practices, including roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, UAT, and release readiness • Knowledge of vendor management and contract/SLA concepts, including issue escalation and performance tracking • Knowledge of digital banking security and risk concepts, including authentication, entitlements, fraud controls, privacy, and third-party risk • Knowledge of formal change management and SDLC disciplines in regulated environments • Knowledge of integration concepts and banking technology ecosystems, including core banking, payments, SSO, APIs, and third-party fintech connections • Ability to translate business needs and customer pain points into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present recommendations to leadership • Ability to assess risks, escalate issues, and resolve incidents and customer-impacting defects • Ability to use analytics and feedback loops to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and iterate on solutions • Ability to manage vendor relationships and facilitate governance, including release planning, support reviews, and roadmap alignment • Ability to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and security requirements • Ability to interpret and apply banking regulations and internal policies for digital channels and third-party services • Ability to learn platform capabilities quickly and coach internal teams on effective use and support • Ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous situations and drive decisions to completion • Ability to create documentation and communications for internal stakeholders and customers • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in digital banking, banking technology, product/platform management, or related financial services roles • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery, including requirements, testing/UAT, change management, and release coordination • Experience with digital banking vendors/platforms and integrations preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytics/reporting tools
