📋 Description
• Review administrative notices, correspondence, and supporting documentation • Assist with employer compliance and regulatory matters • Prepare response letters, affidavits, and related submissions • Provide legal analysis and strategic recommendations • Assist with negotiations and resolution efforts when appropriate • Advise leadership regarding risk exposure and procedural requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Active New York Bar license required • Experience handling employer side Workers’ Compensation Board matters • Strong administrative and regulatory defense background • Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently • Prior experience with Board penalties, compliance disputes, or coverage related matters preferred
