📋 Description
• Handle individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B cases • Manage caseload intensity based on your chosen work style • Maintain rigorous legal quality and client communication standards • Collaborate with platform for automated workflow management
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a practicing attorney • J.D. and active U.S. bar admission • Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions • Ability to mentor junior attorneys • Full commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards • Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099)
