📋 Description
• Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange inquiries and requests • Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange programs • Answer inbound calls professionally, with high energy and a positive attitude • Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call details • Ensure compliance in all areas of processing and complete transactions timely and accurately • Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution • Understand Businessolver’s business, clients’ businesses, and processes to help others effectively • Work under general supervision following established procedures
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange is required and non-negotiable • Strong customer-centric mindset • Comfort level with technology • Ability to diagnose and own technology issues • Embracing new technology as it is integrated into the organization • Strong people skills • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills • Team player mentality • Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM CST
