📋 Description

• Lead development of Global Strategic Feasibility proposals with regional strategic feasibility teams • Focus on Franchise-level holistic planning across disease areas and assets • Partner with global program and study management teams on study design and delivery for early- to late-stage medicines development • Drive strategic feasibility and site-identification assessments using standard-of-care, disease landscape, competitive intelligence, prescribing, insurance claims, diversity, and recruitment data • Lead establishment and continuous improvement of Global Strategic Feasibility processes, procedures, and systems • Serve as primary point of contact for the Global Strategic Feasibility team and liaise cross-functionally • Standardize data, tools, and processes across regions to support decision-making at TA, indication, program, and study levels • Align strategy regularly with Franchise Heads • Integrate data to provide feasibility recommendations, analyze trends, identify root causes, and recommend actions to accelerate study execution • Partner on study design optimization • Serve as subject matter expert for feasibility tools, technologies, databases, and platforms • Coordinate global processes and procedures with regional teams • Model study strategy options using internal and external data assets and predictive models • Develop data-driven operational feasibility strategies covering country selection, patient and site allocation, site identification, recruitment, and retention • Lead strategic planning meetings, training calls, kickoff meetings, and ongoing team meetings • Support initiatives and taskforces for continuous improvement • Collaborate with Applied Innovations, Data Science & Operational Excellence, and Clinical Systems & Innovation on feasibility tools, systems, and platforms • Determine risk and mitigation plans for study feasibility, recruitment, and retention • Maintain therapeutic-area knowledge and assess impacts on operational strategies • Perform root-cause analysis and determine mitigation steps for study execution and patient enrollment and retention roadblocks • Represent Global Clinical Operations and Global Strategic Feasibility in global projects supporting BeOne R&D goals • Oversee training and development of global feasibility team members • Provide training and lead feasibility workshops for regional and cross-functional teams • Drive ownership and accountability within the team and with external stakeholders • Travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline • Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in Feasibility, Clinical Trial Management, Personnel Management and Operations Management • Experience with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methods • Proven experience in data analysis and data interpretation to drive informed decision making • Proficiency with software models and database structures • Expertise in country/site identification, feasibility, and study startup strategies • Experience managing, influencing, building, and managing relationships with senior partners in conflicting-priority environments • Experience or willingness to learn how to develop study delivery strategies and tactical/operational plans aligned to commercial and regulatory objectives • Clinical trial patient and investigator recruitment and retention experience • Experience in project and budget management • Confirmed global working experience • Microsoft Office Suite, CTMS applications, EDC applications, analytic tools such as Citeline, Studytrove, and DRG, and additional feasibility software
