📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction, governance, and execution of the Health Systems and Government Services technology investment portfolio • Own portfolio plans for technical products, platforms, and capabilities by aligning roadmaps, investment priorities, and delivery horizons to enterprise objectives and customer commitments • Serve as senior technology partner and primary IT advisor to Health Systems and Government Services business leadership across Field Sales, Account Management, Inside Sales, Government Services, APS, and Digital Innovation • Lead end-to-end portfolio management, including investment planning, capital allocation, budgeting, prioritization, forecasting, and delivery governance • Translate enterprise growth objectives into multi-year technology roadmaps for commercial platforms, digital capabilities, and transformational initiatives • Provide executive oversight for complex, high-impact strategic, financial, operational, and technology tradeoff decisions • Establish and lead portfolio governance frameworks across interconnected programs, products, and strategic initiatives • Lead product leaders in defining decision guardrails, accountability, and consistent operating standards • Negotiate enterprise tradeoffs with senior stakeholders on scope, funding, timing, and risk posture • Direct portfolio investment decisions by evaluating value, risk, dependencies, and delivery feasibility • Communicate portfolio options, recommendations, and consequences to executive leaders • Establish portfolio performance measures and outcome mechanisms to validate benefits realization • Integrate regulatory, privacy, quality, and product integrity requirements into portfolio strategy and platform decisions • Shape leadership continuity and talent plans across the portfolio • Mentor Staff members to create future leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field required, or equivalent experience required • 12+ years of experience in technical product management, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, or a related field required • 8+ years of experience in a management capacity required • Cross-disciplinary expertise in operations, finance, human capital, and risk • Extensive experience within the Health Systems & Government Services industry • Ability to conceptualize complex, ambiguous problems and design enterprise-scale technical solutions • Exceptional communication skills focused on change management, IT delivery, and operational excellence • Experience working within a Microsoft Stack environment • Ability to drive enterprise process improvements and evaluate portfolio performance measures • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Enterprise eCommerce applications ideal • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment • Willingness to travel 5%–10% if needed
