📋 Description

• Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes • Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards • Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies • Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing • Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement • Implement, configure, integrate, or support enterprise platforms and business applications • Apply practical expertise in IBM MQ queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, TLS, message flow, monitoring, and high availability • Work with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle • Contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 4+ years in a related professional role • Practical experience with IBM MQ queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, TLS, message flow, monitoring, and high availability • Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform identified in the job title • Strong understanding of relevant business processes and the platform’s core capabilities • Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions • Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support • Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Additional hands-on depth in IBM MQ technologies, monitoring, and high availability • Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices relevant to the project • Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable • Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area • U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply • Bright Vision Technologies is unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position
